About Us

1080 Ocean Lakes is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath just one minute walk to the beach, and sleeps 16 in beds (no bunk beds here!). The house is in the Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes and is the fifth house back from the beach. It has a true open concept on the lower level. You want to sit 16 people in one large area where everyone is comfortable and can communicate while seeing one another, this house is the place to do just that. You want to be able to leave the house and have toes in the sand in one minute? Oh, this house enables that to happen any time you want!
Amenities
Let's start with almost a mile of beach! Then throw in it's own water park that is free to all guests, the Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center (arcade center, games, mini golf, splash zone), Sandy Harbor Café, ice cream shop, Sandy Mart (you need it, they have it), all located within Ocean Lakes Family Resort.
Now, a house that provides dishwasher, hair dryer in every full bathroom, Keurig coffee maker AND a drip coffee maker, brand new 2021 Weber stainless steel BBQ grill, and brand new Berlin Gardens poly furniture.
Lastly, for your $350 cleaning fee it also includes all linens, all towels, and all washcloths.
Rates
May 15-Sept 15 the house is rented for a minimum of 7 nights at $4550 per week plus taxes, fees, linens, and cleaning fee (nothing above the $4550 goes to us). Sept 16-Oct 31 is three night minimum at $350 per night, and then Nov-Apr is $250 per night. The reason for minimum during off season is because the house still needs to be cleaned and linens must be paid for, and it doesn't make sense to do all that for only two nights. We also offer a custom-painted 6-person golf cart for $600 for the week during peak season, or $50 per night during off-peak seasons.
